Now got Virus, how to chiong? Drink Sino G juice can cure virus? Then sure will chiong. How come master never think of using this level of Kungfu? Share price will sure go high up, then can easily IPO. LOL

Money is in huang control but there is always board members to check and balance.
How he can be winner when price drops?
The company used to have sufficient money to fully redeem the bonds. But for unkown reason they did not. Now, new plant and production all are consume more cash than generating. Capital injection next? Huang the winner again as one forummer said?
I see renewed interest in this company. Perfect storm is coming. Either die or make it. Huang magic touch is coming to save the company. .
Waiting for Huang to buy back. Wait and see

Nothing wrong with the company in term of financial statement. However, there is a low confidence in whatever company said / reporting. This is due to the:
a. Bad report on product distribution / availability in the past.
b. Subsidiary IPO lapsed without further follow up.
c. Several times loan past due without news, though later found out there were no problem.
d. Someone from inside company, or from underwriter, or from sponsor seems knew that share price would go down few times (once before subsidiary IPO lapsed, and once before right issue), he told us in this forum that share price would go down, clearly there were insider trading, and each time retails suffered losses.
Moreover, the situtation was complicated by occasional short sell.
If you want to buy this share, make sure you do it for very long term investment and be prepared to lose all. Trading is not advisable, since this share is cornered, unless you have big buying / selling power.
I am still vested, but doesn' t recommend SG to those who still don' t have this stock. No doubt it is undervalued, but share price movement is not natural, so whether you can make money or not depend on the mercy of those who controlled this share price.

I notice a lot of people talk about Nav in buying shares. To me, other than property counters n cash rich companies, NAV are not really relevant for high gearing or loss making companies.

It' s better to buy higher and with more certainty than to buy lower and run the risk of selling at a loss.
