Sign, such a good divident stock that so reluctant for accept this offer.
Anyway, life goes on for collect ~100K profit to swift it toward UMS or Valuetronic.

I cant recall it reached $4.50.Thght it was ard $3.50 and it goes for a 1 for 1 split.
Whether it is $2.30 or $1.75 it dont change the fact it depend on a willing seller and willing buyer price.
I know many bought ard $3 before stock split and at current offer price most retailer still lose at least 20c per share.

JDE' s intention is to delist Super and that requires 90% acceptance level.If minority SH all stay united and drag its acceptance it will be costly for JDE.Hopefully,JDE will revised its offerer price to pacfiy the remaining undecided.

56% is due to major shareholders.
Minority shareholders only received the forms yesterday and today onwards. So, in days and weeks to come, the percentage of acceptance will set to rise.

If I did not remember wrongly during before it split or so call Bonus issue at the price somewhere ~4.50
There are rumour that some big Co. aim to take over SuperGroup. After the BI, it totally silent down.
JDE now may collect it at the " cheaper " price.
If Super do have the intention of selling off during that time, They should have better profit in pocket of ~$2.3/share and not today' s $1.30/share

Maybe got chance for revised offer.Now acceptance level is 50%++ only...consider very low.

Those who are unsure of what to do, just sell off via open market @ 1.30 now. Yes, you' ll incur brokerage, but at least it eliminates all your doubts and you' ll get back money much faster.
Unless you are willing to wait for things to happen, or the unlikelyhood that the payout will be more than 1.30, then you might as well save the brokerage and wait.
Where did it trigger you that some hanky panky is going on?
I doubt so.If the major SH are doing it,they have to face the music if get caught lor.

Basically you can just sit on it.Even if there is a revised offer later on,those who accepted at $1.30 will still get the revised offer.But you have to watch out for its announcement as it can turn compulsory acceptance when the acceptance level reach 90%.Still the Co will send notification letter to you.

Seems like those major shareholder may have other undisclosure benefit that minor shareholder not known off.
BTW, what if someone dig and have some evident, Could those minor sharholders sue for compensation ?
Should the case bring up towards " Corruption "
