Not true. once compliance offer is up with 51% say they just wait and shares may drift down. U go follow most of the takeovers, u can see UE 3-4 years ago, takeover low ball 2.60 then failed, drift to 2.32 until re-offer to 2.60 then improve offer 2.70! Also pls got Opportunity Cost of Money. This share from now till takeover lapse is 3.4 max. rest all running.

My guess is they know they will never get many people selling at $0.0338. They need to do this compliance offer in order to scoop as much as possible from the market at a steep discount. Those investors with no holding power will just call it quits and sell to them. Once the accumulation is over, the fund will need to move the price up and sell out for a huge profit or maybe do something else to take it private.

So now their offer becomes 0.033?

One thing too. U don't sell now. Also dont buy if you cannot keep, else if you contra then you have to sell lower. Now just let them buy and sell by themselves...

Yes. We do not know what is the relationship of the buyer with Mr PCK. Maybe there is some special reason he sold so cheap to them.

retails who bought low. all sure sell. its called Opportunity cost of money. u sell this go buy medtecs or even say blue chip also more worth

This is a totally ridiculous offer and obviously out to take advantage of the current low price. Tee is definitely worth lots more than $0.0338. Here are my personal views:
1. PCK previously tried an unsuccessful takeover attempt at around $0.21
2. Sale of Tee Land would bring in approx $48 million in cash vs current market capitalization of $21.3 million
3. Tee has several hundred million of contracts in their order books.
4. NAV of Tee around 7 cents.
My Questions:
1. Why would PCK sell to a PE Fund for a miserable $8million, when he is in control of a co flushed with cash?
2. What is the progress of his CBT case? High chance he can?t escape.
3. The PE fund is not in the business of managing an engineering firm. What do they intend to do after accumulating shares from the market?
4. What would the PE Fund do with the cash in the co?
What are your views? I definitely think they are just in it to make a fast buck and eventually flip the co or push up the price after this cheapo accumulation. Please share your thoughts.

Don't worry. The bid will not go thru. Too low for any sensible investors..
