TT International to delist on April 2
TT International will voluntarily delist from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) at 9am on April 2, the company announced on March 25.
SGX said it has &ldquo no objection&rdquo to the proposed delisting, subject to two conditions, both of which have been met. The first required the submission of a written confirmation to show that the liquidators, Baker Tilly, are not aware of &ldquo any information that will have a material bearing on investors&rsquo decision which has yet to be announced&rdquo . The second required TT International to make an &ldquo immediate announcement&rdquo of the proposed delisting including the date and time.
TT International submitted its delisting application on March 5 after Baker Tilly Advisory reported that the company was insolvent, with its liabilties significantly exceeding its assets.
Given the company&rsquo s financial position, TT International said it will not be making any distributions or an exit offer to its shareholders.
The company added that it will not be arranging for the issuance of share certificates to shareholders due to the lack of financial resources.
Shares in TT International last traded in August 2017 after the company voluntarily suspended trading.
For the 2QFY2026 ended Sept 30, 2025, TT International reported a loss of $2 million, 38.7% higher than the $1.4 million reported in the 2QFY2025.

Anyone go AGM meeting and what the status out come?
Dun ask me, you ask mr market, he is alway right, i am sometimes right. If you have no confidence in your own judgement, you can never be right. In any investment or speculation, there is no sure win. I hope you make good use of this chance to get out, be it profit or losses. Good luck

You go read their latest announcement before you make generic remark. Those who bought the shares before suspension still have chance to get out once their scheme of arrangement is completed and resumes trading. Please find out what is their NAV after debt written off and make your own judgement. For me, once the price is right, i will sell.

After Hyflux saga, the next is TT International. The company has been losing money for almost 10 years. It is living on funding from creditors which is not sustainable.
Those who bought the shares years ago have to be mentally prepared to lose everything, just like Hyflux.

Scheme Creditors&rsquo meeting to be held on 28 March 2018 at 3:00 pm anyone go?
I was in Big Box this weekend and the situation was pretty pethetic. No one in the stores, and the fact thar the area is so big makes it feel even more empty. All shelves with minimum product and still having problems to sell through. I dont see much hope with their current model, only reason to buy this will be to believe there will be a huge change in business model, and soon
