I am good Rockyhula. I had been in the US market in the last couple of year, less in SG shares. Sold my Singtel a little too early around $4.

buy good companies at a discount. I hv also sold off Singtel with a profit of over 140k, and happy also to collect the dividends over over the
past 3 years.
I recall those days when Singtel was spat at and called all sorts of names. Pity those people didnt study it properly to know its at an inflection
point then and the first sale of Airtel shares was a call to market to value it properly. Also companies like Sembcorp rose like a phoenix. If one
had diligently followed their remake would be able to profit handsomely.

The latest GLS at Newton was very high. I think next year private housing will break new high price. Can ask your boys to consider buying one at a good location.

I bought Singtel shares from $2.33 to $2.28 and sold all above $4, profited almost half a million. Bought myself a new Mercedes 😊 (I posted the Mercedes pic before). I used the proceeds to buy an OCR condo in a new launch which was 3 times oversubscribed. I was blessed with a good queue number. This development is just 5 minutes walk from an MRT station, and the 1.45% housing rate is a bonus. Timing's good, rates are low!
Yesterday I sold my Genting Singapore shares bought last month @ $0.715 sold @$0.795. Profited a good 4 figs $.

Instead of a Mercedes, which will depreciate and erode your precious earnings, why don' t you invest in Ethereum, as bro wavehunter has suggested?
You may be able to buy two or three Mercedes in a short while and multiply your apartments for your descendants in less than a decade, as long as you subsribe to this guru called Tom Lee... ...
