Fair value price more like $0.50-$0.60 once RT is completed. With 250,000sf of freehold office space next to Raffles Place - that RT could be worth maybe $650million and above, even if the rest of their assets like the Hyatt Melbourne and Perth and Robinson Point and Gultech are worth zilch? My fear was that they had difficulty building RT due to the underground MRT lines that was kept secret but as the building is finally rising that fear could be past.

Good point - fingers and toes crossed. Doesn't make sense for this share to trade at 43% of its NAV and it's not even RNAV which would uplift the mark to market fully developed value of Robinson Towers.

So do join me at the AGM to express our minorities unhappiness with the low dividends that diminished share prices and also the lack of clarity about their plans for the Batam and Fuzhou land. And the revised timeline for completion of Robinson Towers.

I don' t  like TS paid only 9.5% of its profit  (as long it is recorded as TS' s, Gultech got its own account) as dividend while Lum Chang can pay 25% of its profit (2c out of 8 c, Lum Chang has been giving out 2 c dividend for many years). Below is the pittance given by TS.
Year.           Dividend/share(c)       Yield(%)
2007.           0.005.                       1.72

The Crown Jewel is Robinson Towers and the important thing is that I think there is finally progress on the building front. Will keep monitoring the progress.
