Just go down Robinson Road, you will see the construction in progress. It was built up to the 4th floor last time I checked. Supposed to be completed by end-2018. Will go to the next AGM and push the Directors for definite timelines on the completion and also what they are going to do with the Batam (Marina City) and Fuzhou land that they bought from related companies, and are they going to be more generous with dividends once Robinson Towers is completed.

Frankly, every time you see Robinson Towers build higher - you will see the prospects of this TS share realising its true market value and RNAV loom closer. This is a freehold commercial building in Raffles Place vicinity that will generate returns for many years to come, and was always for the longest time, the Jewel in Tuan Sing' s Crown. Its redevelopment been a drag on profits up till now, but once its built up and tenanted out, it should reap big returns, especially if they sell the darn thing. DYODD.
