Historically they price rights very cheaply so I don't really mind - very good way to accumulate cheaply. Then sell on the market for profits.

Another one - also ask them what they intend to do with the China Fuzhou and Bintan land they bought from related parties as I recall? Can these be sold and the money used to repay debts?

Please also ask them how they intend to reward minority shareholders Patience and faith in increasing dividends eg to 40%-60% of profits and a minimum amount or with special dividends during good years and when Robinson Towers is completed. The pathetic share price is a direct function of the markets' lack of faith in minorities being rewarded. Most companies either target share price growth or increase in dividends to reward shareholders or a more aggressive share buyback policy and implementation. This one? Pitiful dividends and a shocking discount of 60% of share price to NAV.
