Why r some companies categorized under technology

On the SGX when they should be more accurately classified as mere [b]distributors[/b] of 'technology' products, meaning they devote nothing into the manufacture n R&D of technology products themselves, but r merely involved in trading in 'technology' items- importing from the real 'technology' companies n supplying 'technology' products to various retailerships, dealerships n the what not.
