Alot of buyers for warrants at 0.002.

If I sold today 400,000 @ 0.002 = 800 + 2800 ( based on 0.014) this morning.

Gain should be 3600 - 3200..= 400. Means this subscription is WORTH

The key words is "close shop". There are example where O&G coy rights issue and close down within years. I suppose the rights issue price still higher than market price......

Isn?t the shares trading in ex-rights already? That is, the share price already dropped

With so much additional warrants and rights , it will be naturally be diluted unless the company proves its profitablity in next few quarters. If you buy the shares now at 13 or 14 it is the same idea i asssume but it is likely to drop (SOB) after the issuance of right shares?
