SGX has instructed Fincanteri/Vard to hold another EGM (to be announced) for shareholders to vote on the proposal to delist Vard. A condition of this SGX ruling all those who have accepted the exit offer price of $0.25 can now withdraw your acceptance. You may have accepted the offer because you do not want to hold shares in a company that is not listed. So now is your opportunity to stop Vard from being delisted. First, cancel or withdraw your acceptance .Second, attend the next EGM and vote NO to the propose delisting of Vard. We need all the votes so please pass this information to all your contacts and let' s send a message to Fincanteri that WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS CHEAP OFFER OF $0.25. Vard is worth more .
