Can anyone enlighten me regarding Viking' s rights cum warrants issue?
I have 7000 number of rights share allocated to me.
Checked and CDP has record of these rights share in my portfolio already.
They say in letter.....issue price of $0.025 for each rights share and at an execrise price of $0.04 per warrant for each warrant share.
One rights share for every four existing shares held by entited shareholder as at the record date.
And 2 warrants for every one right share subscribed.
Do I need to pay $0.025 to subscribe these rights?
