The Company is hereby withdrawing the 6 June 2022 Proposed Capital Reduction and Proposed Distribution in Specie EGM Notice and Circular. Accordingly, the extraordinary general meeting to table the resolutions in relation to the Proposed Capital Reduction and Proposed Distribution in Specie will not be held on 28 June 2022 and the virtual information session will not be held on 18 June 2022. Shareholders are to disregard the 6 June 2022 Proposed Capital Reduction and Proposed Distribution in Specie EGM Notice and Circular. The Company will keep Shareholders updated of any developments in relation to the matter in due course.

It is just withdrawal of notice of EGM not the same as withdrawal of capital reduction and distribution in specie?
