Now that the counter is suspended as the free float is below 10%, I guess the next outcome will be delisting.Will our shares be automatically acquired at $2.10 or can we hold on as private shareholders?
No more Star attraction. Another game over for small investors! Sad....

The offeror, Star Attraction, is successfully gets 90.1% as at 2 Oct 18 with no revision of offer price $2.10, while NAV stood at $2.60 as at 30 Jun 18.
Life moves on, hunting for the next Potential Privatisation Candidate(s)!

Acquirer now has 88.2 %. If it crossed 90% compulsory acquisition and delisting will proceed.
Precisely, we already seen through their cheapo tactic yet so many still choose to sell to them at $2.10!
Really dunno what to say.

If hold shareholdering crossing 90% also no use being force buy back from Wheellock,if by 5.30pm cannot get 90%, offer closed, shareholder shares rejected (That was said in newspaper advertisement) share price drop back to $1.6x level how?....best choice up to shareholders to choose lah....
