Anybody still holding on to Bloomeria shares?

There' s a voluntary offer of 3.349 cents (or thereabout) by Sigurd Microelectronics Corporation.

I' ve totally fogotten about how many shares of Stats ChipPac I have previously hold and what happened prior to the delist.

Anybody who remembers the event and wish to share here? I managed to google the offer price of Stats ChipPac to be 46.6 cents, thereafter I' ve totally lost track.

How to find out how many Bloomeria shares I' m holding? Anybody has the ratio of Stats ChipPac shares to Bloomeria?

 

I have 10k share using cpf account but until now still did not receive any cash back to my cpf account. anyone here have same problem? pls share thank a lot

Steve, l have received. It was bank into my account on 28 August. For the my share at 46.5 ct, l didn't fill in any form, when the Statschippac will be delisted? Or any ideas when my amount of share at 46.5 will be bank into my account? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Regarding the offer of 46.6 ct, if the remaining outstanding float turned out to be more than 10%, then there' s no deal right ?

If it' s less than 10%, then it' s mandatory for the offeror to buy up all the shares right?   If this is the case, what will happen if you accepted the offer in the form, and what happens if you ignore the form (not accepting) ?

Thanks tasidev. l have received the proposed distribution in specie with cash rate of US$0.0336568 per share. Default option is cash(no form filling and return is required). Do you have idea when the Statschippac will be delisted? Once delisted all the monies(stock amount) will be transferred to my account immediately right?

You need to get this done by 14-Aug-15, otherwise, you may choose to ignore the letter. Personally I don' t feel it' s a good bargain as we still need to add on $ if we had made a huge loss from this investment. It' s a huge loss of me, close to $7K. Utterly disappointed with TH' s management team..

 

on your Q3, answer should be Yes. The entitlement date for this cash entitlement was much earlier.

Don' t think so, unless they have reached the pt of compulsory acquisation (90%?).

OK I have received the 3 forms and after reading here still don' t really understand. I am holding 4000 shares so for these 3 forms (The respective colour of the forms as  shown in 1) 2) 3) :

1) Perpectual Security Application Form, Number of Perpetual Securities allotted **0. I  can ignore this form  since  not interested ?

2) Acceptance of offer (FAA) form about offer price S$0.46577. This one take it or ignore ??  (By 13th August 2015)

3) Received today Cash Election form. Will take the Full Cash Entitlement since no interest in Basic Entitlement which is cash +  one unlisted Taiwan shares. ***But then when I take up 2) Acceptance of offer (FAA) form about offer price S$0.46577, still can take this cash entitlement ???

Thank you for your info, based on my understanding if i subscribe  the right, ($US 2,000) but where can I sell the share (right to share )and share are not listing in singapore or U.S

Since this share right , can I sell my right if i don' t want  to subscribe it (problems sell to who )

You need to get this done by 14-Aug-15, otherwise, you may choose to ignore the letter. Personally I don' t feel it' s a good bargain as we still need to add on $ if we had made a huge loss from this investment. It' s a huge loss of me, close to $7K.
