Looking fowards to collect the 4th quarter dividend on Apr 30 and waiting for the annoucement of 1st quarter in incoming months ...
I am very happy my call.last year..really hit 40cents and more...div..also....enjoy...

Dividends increased from 2.5 cents to 3.5 cents.
At current price, it is giving a yield of 8.5%. This is simply amazing.
Furthermore, the Austville project has not been taken into account. This lump sum profit will only be recognised in 2014 due to the Completion Of Contract (COC) method.
This means that 2014 dividends will also give similar dividend yields of 8.5% as it is easily sustainable.
Lee Metal all time high. Dividends payable 23May.
Hope continue 2.5c dividend at the yield of 6.8%. Austville project fully sold and on the way. Any views?

Fy result out soon with good dividen expected....need to hold to enjoy dividen ..or treat it like reit ..give four times dividen per year

How many lots you bought?
As global steel demand remain weak. Some steel traders register lower sales and profit but lee metal reverse the trends by focus on more high value fabrication pdts and local housing.projects. as hdb going to build more flat..the demand of this range of products will remain strong. Lee metal also team with ue for austville .ec but profits can only register next year after top.as lee metal give out dividen every three months...do expect a 1-1.5cents in Feb and total dividen is 2-2.5cents this year as profit will hit $20millions in fy 12. Yield remain attractive at 6.7-8.3at 30cents..vested
Lee metal gave 2-3 c as dividen for the past three year..based on thirty cents..the yield is between 6.7 to 10per cent..it .eps is around 4 cents...I expect austville which going to top mid next year will fully boost it profit..and we can expect more dividen next year...I am looking at 35-40cents...invest for mid term.only..no contra pls...feel like another wee hur..which I have calling for the past one year..and finally enjoy great profit
