This is actually a very profitable undervalued company which imports LPG into China.
It has a NAV of $0.1456 and PE of only 2.862 times

Don't be surprised, would that be similar like IPCO when the price stood at < Sgd. 0.01 before? or INNOPAC at Sgd. 0.002 before? The volume trading for both shares were not more than 100 lots! After all investment of share is purely placing the  FUTURE (either instant contra, short term, midium term, long  term  or whole life)judgement/justification of share price fixing by the market vision!
