UPDATES ON THE 5.0MW SOLAR STANDARDISED POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of Charisma Energy Services Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) would like to provide an update on the 5.0 megawatt (&ldquo MW&rdquo ) Solar Standardised Power Purchase Agreement (&ldquo SPPA&rdquo ) with the Ceylon Electricity Board (&ldquo CEB&rdquo ) in Sri Lanka following the Company&rsquo s announcement on 4 November 2025 regarding its entry into the SPPA with CEB.
The Company is pleased to inform that its wholly-owned special purpose vehicle incorporated for the SPPA, Jericho Solar (Pvt) Ltd, has successfully achieved CEB&rsquo s financial closure milestone under Section 2.2(c) of the SPPA &ndash ahead of the stipulated deadline. This achievement marks an encouraging step forward for the Company&rsquo s continued progress in advancing clean energy solutions.
The Company will make announcements as and when there are further material developments, if any. BY ORDER OF THE BOARD

☆ 》 Company wishes to update its shareholders that it had on, 3 February 2022, received a no objection letter from the SGX RegCo in relation to its Further Extension Application of approximately six (6) months from 31 December 2021 to 30 June 2022 to submit the Resumption Proposal (the Waiver).
☆ 》 》 The Waiver is subject to the Company announcing the Waiver granted, the reasons for seeking the Waiver, the conditions as required under Catalist Listing Rule 106 and if the Waiver conditions have been satisfied.
☆ 》 If the Waiver conditions have not been met on the date of the announcement, the Company must make an update announcement when the conditions have all been met.
☆ ☆ The Company had previously disclosed the reasons for seeking the Waiver in its announcement dated 30 December 2021 and together with this announcement, the Company deems that the Waiver conditions have been met.

If there are no news or announcement, I think most probably will drift
lower. There will be force selling from Tuesday onwards before the next surge.
The uptrend is still intact.

i dont have the data for the actual buy & sell volume at specific time, but regardless of whether it is fake or real queue, i think we can only see large queue only in counters with a lot of shares in market..

Buy and sell queue are sometimes fake support or artificial road block.
It can appear and disappear suddenly.
You need to actually see the timing of the actual buy and sell volume.

hmm then that's interesting.. i suppose ezion wont put the shares on buy/sell queue.. i wonder why the buy/sell queue is rather big for every bid..
