I brought 33 400 shares today at 2.66 SGD. Hope ARA IPO this coming months!!
I on board at 1.60. Ok or not?
last year Straits Trading paid 50cents speical dividend when they divest WBL. Management very serious to free up non-core assets at the right timing. With someone interested in buying over their commerical asset at 9 BATTERY ROAD, the price tag reported around $450m. Assuming, they do not need to use the cash, $1.10 or 110cents will be return back to shareholders($450m/408m issued shares).
