No. This stock will be a much better winner within this year. Anytime can double. DBS is good but cannot double.

Should be able to get higher than this.
China land acquisition nowadays is not like many years back. Generally they follow land valuation or higher. So actually don?t need to worry selling at a lower rates or loss.

Key Transaction Highlights
The company is proposing a Refinancing Exercise to replace existing debt with new long-term securities:

Bond Buyback: The company will purchase and cancel S$35.03 million of existing listed Convertible Bonds held by Mr. Chew and Ms. Doris.
