so arti will have about 260mil shares after all the proposed placment and issuance are completed. retail investors will held very low percentage of the coy. most will be with ssh, vendors etc. the shares wil become tightly held.

A commentary at the date of the announcement of the significant trends and competitive conditions of the industry in which the group operates and any known factors or events that may affect the group in the next reporting period and the next 6 months. During the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 22 January 2021, the shareholders of the Company had approved, among others, the Proposed Acquisition. As announced by the Company on 25 January 2021, the expected completion date of the Proposed Acquisition is 18 February 2021. Every action is taken by the Company to achieve the aforesaid timeline to complete the Proposed Acquisition. On 28 January 2021, the Company announced the completion of the placement of 62,305,295 new ordinary shares of the Company to Mr Ching, the controlling shareholder of the Company, raising gross proceeds of S$0.6 million. Further to this, the Company is in the midst of appointing the placement agent for the proposed placement of up to 16,000,000 new ordinary consolidated shares in the capital of the Company to be allotted and issued after completion of the Proposed Acquisition (&ldquo Proposed Placement&rdquo ). Further announcements will be made by the Company when the placement agreement is executed or when there are further developments in relation to the Proposed Placement. |

when Arti was a penny stock it was actively traded last 2 days only 50-60 lots done equivalent to 2.5m shares done

hopefully after the RTO completed this month and change its name to MCP

Mine are 11, 12 but I made one round from 7.
Personally I think whatever price now is a good price if you plan mid to long term holding and ignore the noises.
All fintech stocks elsewhere are up so I really don't see why not mcp.

this is a very good article.
i expect price to be driven down initially but again I reiterate my position to hold this long regardless of the float.
less float can also mean those holding on from early time will benefit the most, but of course question is whether one can hold.

fintech one of the highlight to watch once rto is completed. vested early to avoid disappointment. digital currency, securities, booming sector with huge growing potential. telsa already made the big move for bitcoin and see how this can evolve around digital commerce as leverage. as a investor for mid to long term reckon to see them become one of the leading in asean integrated platform to come and in fact it is already among the top few in the region, ready to lead the market for ecommerce business to come hopefully.
imo, given listed via ipo i think they do worth even higher on valuation than the current pricing to be.
my take hold them if you can. |
