What I said before for CMIG is happening. Now the price is only 3 or 4 pips.
This price is great loss for many, but there is also chances to make back some of their investments at a later time, maybe two years or so after the rights. Perhaps, there is also a chance that the rights might not go through, slim chance but possible.

I said that CMIG controllers would not allow the share price to shoot past the 0.5 cent before the rights and warrant issues are over.
The reason: Last time warrants to subscribe for shares at 0.5 cents will expire 2018 March. So if the price is equal to or above 0.5 cents, these old warrant holders will convert their warrants paying 0.5 cents for the shares at the last moment and sell off in the market prices exceeding 0.5 cent. This will not be good for current big shareholders because not only it will dilute their holdings but also cause too much oversubscription of the forthcoming rights and warrants.
After the new rights and warrants are issued, then the price for this stock will rise owing to the business improving with the new acquisition.

Has tried to RTO before but failed as the offeror pulled out last minute due to some disagreement.
Tried very hard to acquire a beauty company but rejected by shareholders.
Now trying to acquire another beauty medical company so you hope they can succeed. Usually after three tries doing something great, chances of sucess is higher because of experience. Lol.

New business coming. Acquisition on the way. But the price cannot go beyong 0.5 cents due to old warrants still valid can be exercised at 0.5cent. Old warrants must be killed otherwise problem.
Price should remain at 0.4cent to prevent confusion. So want to buy or sell only both below 0.5cents.

I think, if successful, long suffering shareholders may hope to recoup their losses in the unpredictable future, hahaha.
