RECEIPT OF DELISTING NOTIFICATION The board of directors (the ?Board?) of EMS Energy Limited (the ?Company? and, together with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) wishes to inform shareholders that further to the update announcement on 29 August 2019, the Company had on 4 September 2019 received a delisting notification (?Notification?) from SGX-ST that the Company shall be delisted from the SGX-ST with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 4 October 2019. The Company will continue to exist as an unlisted public limited company with all its existing shareholders after it is delisted from the SGX-ST. The Company will be making arrangement with its share registrar and the Central Depository (Pte) Ltd for the distribution of physical share certificates to shareholders after the Company?s delisting. As announced on 29 August 2019, the Company is not in the financial position to make an exit offer and the Board has been informed by the Company?s controlling shareholder, Mr Ting Teck Jin that he is also not in a position to make an exit offer due to financial constraints. Shareholders are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the Company carefully. Shareholders and other stakeholders (including scheme creditors) should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors or other professional advisers if they have any doubt about the actions they should take. ANNOUNCEMENT PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF EQUITY INTEREST IN AN ASSOCIATED COMPANY - COMPLETION The Board of Directors of EMS Energy Limited (" Company" ) refers to the Company' s announcements on 3 November 2016 and 24 January 2017 in relation to the proposed disposal of 20% equity interest in Oilfield Services & Supplies Group Pte. Ltd. (" Announcements" ). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the Announcements. As the Condition Precedent to the Proposed Disposal has been waived, Completion of the Proposed Disposal took place on 23 February 2017. Following Completion, OSSG ceased to be an associated company of the Company. The Company will convene an EGM on 28 February 2017 to seek the ratification by Shareholders for the Proposed Disposal. A circular dated 13 February 2017 containing further details of the Proposed Disposal and enclosing the notice of EGM has been despatched by the Company to the Shareholders.

I have experienced this kind of price spiralling downwards 70-80% in a week. If no major negative news, time to rebounce and monday could fierce.. Probably 10 cents??

This counters have been " rolling " many weeks Liao.....just trade with extra care....many retailers investors bought a lots this few days..and who the sellers?? Will the sellers come back and push back to 30c.....??..will u do it if u are bbs??
