The major Jap tenant buy 2.5M shares...good news coming ?
Metro has paid 5-7c dividend for the past few years. It's just one of the stocks that is under the radar.
After collected 5c dividend last month, price creep up almost another 10%, yet you don't see people promoting this stock. Does that mean someone who knows something is quietly collecting?

The ONGs only own about 42% , far from threshold of taking private . If they own around 70% , still has a chance .
