It all depends on whether you think the cup is half full or empty. In all probability, if you buy low with a long time value (if any) and a strike price supported by company' s share buy back (at $0.25) you have a good chance of making baggers. :)
the last previous bonus warrant ...has a condition only can cconvert 2 years later ..i think..

The NAV will down due to property value and presure of both rental and value of commercial properties.

Mother share 0.25 (supported by company share buy back)
Last trading price $0.006
Downside $0.006 (for next 3 year)
Upside : Potential 13x bagger if mother share moves towards its NAV of $0.33.
Any views ?
