Need to ask the experience people here, I' ve been reading up on ETFs and thinking it might be good to add it to my portfolio  and to eventually replace my units trusts. But the withholding taxes of 30% etc seems a bit too much.
So does etf such as   QL3 iShares Barclays Cap USD Asia HighYldBnd that is domicile in SG have foreign taxes or only SG tax laws apply?
