Wanted to naked short, but didn't get it at price I want. This one only can naked right? Don't see it in my Cfd or dma.

Toll charges matter to many potential home buyers. Unfortunately, both governments refuse to back down.
Imagine this, if there isn' t any toll charge or if the toll charge is cheap, below SGD5.00 for eg, and if the causeway and 2nd link is clear to vehicle traffic, there would be a surge in property buyers in JB. Work in Singapore, live in JB. Sounds good? Unfortunately, at present, it' s not gonna happen.

During AGM, some shareholders asked about the Iskandar project..... the answer was no progress, so I don' t think old relic will get together to support shares price.
The company needs some serious restructuring, especially the management. This might visit $0.07 or $0.05 based on market sentiment. If not for the bullish market sentiment, rowsley would be a goner already.

Till today we are still seeing this where more buyers than sellers in the Q. But the problem is not much action and likely to be fake buyers' Q. This is helping Rowsley to prevent a meltdown just like Noble or Yuuzoo. Guessed we should be thankful.

I believe the next few quarter result will not be nice too, let see how it perform till then. Might drop further from here until real support come in for the Px to stable down. Friday, weather are rather cooling.

As usual the same old market depth showing more buyers than sellers by more than 2 times plus more buyers than sellers but no buyer really go after it? Strange? But already a few days this is the situation for Rowsley. Maybe most retailer investors have given up on this one?
