Comparison to Singapore REITs

Yield is about 5% now. Added a bit to average down as don' t know when is the bottom for overall reit market. However, it is likely that the unit price can trend lower as global interest rate has not peak. Mentally prepared to add more if such scenario materialised and another alternative is to add individual blue chip reits if market correct big time. 

 

Average Singapore REIT distribution yield is 6.78% compare to ETF of 5%.
