The company CEO buy at 52.5 c only 5 lots hope she continue buy again to show the shares are rewarding long term investors.....
It was credited into my CDP yesterday. But my broker only shows the shares i bought, and not the bonus issue. So i think its more of finding a way to sell it in open market via CDP.

Actually i realized something after doing the math. Even though it may sound dilutive to the float being bigger, and share price being decreased (due to enlarged float). Shareholders who held are still being made whole. This is because unlike other common dillutions, in this case the existing shareholders were issued the bonus shares. So any drop in share price is being compensated for those free bonus shares, which offsets loss in share price fall.
The CEO herself bought recently at 61c think you are correct ,price is about there already....loyal share holders may like to keep more for dividends
The new shares will be priced in when the scrip goes XB. In my opinion, this drop is a simple reaction to extremely disappointing 2H22 results and a very defensive forecast for FY23...the huge drop in dividends declared, to just $0.0075 added to the hurt...
The market is pricing in the diluted share price.
Previously:
$0.72 × 5 shares = $3.60
With proposal:
1 free share comes with every 5 shares.
$3.60 = 6 shares
$3.60 ÷ 6 shares = $0.60
If the free share was from existing float, it isn't dillutive. But in this case, its newly issued so it added and increased the existing float.
