They might start selling on Monday onwards until it reaches $0.05 or $0.06 before they buy back. They might not even want to buy back because what is the point, already have majority shares.
In addition, they are getting 100% free investment in Sunmoon. Mathematics: Given half price 100%, sell 50% use the 50% profit to pay the investment. Getting a listed company for free, very clever.,

Hello, you as shareholder is not getting anything. The cheap offer is for the placee, the one who wants to join the company.
No shareholders are getting any discounted shares, or cheap warrants. Not for shareholders like you and me.

I tell you, with fat ,, fat ,,salary ,, listed companies top fellows will keep buying cheaps ,, afterall ,,only retail shareholders get nothing ,, no dividends ,, no capital gains not even a meal to attend AGM ,,

Sunmoon CEO' s holding has been reduced. With the coming placement at deep discount, (more than 50% of market price), will his holdings erode further? If so, is this a sign that he will eventually say bye bye?
