Could' nt agree more - there has been a big insti seller of these driving them down from 48c to here but hopefully there are nearly done....
Today the trade volume of CSE Global increased to 1,171.3K, a very good sign --> BB are accumulating !

0852 GMT - Total is growing concerned that steep cuts in oil investments the past 2 years across the industry may lead to shortages by the end of the decade, CEO Patrick Pouyanne said at an Istanbul oil conference. " By 2020, even if shale fills part of the gap we will face a lack of supply." Meanwhile, he told WSJ on the gathering' s sidelines that he expects OPEC to regain its influence on oil prices despite the limited market impact so far of the group' s 2017 production cuts.
