Do note that all existing warrant holders will also get an additional 0.2587 warrant for every 1 warrant held pursuant to the deed poll upon ex-date of the current non-renouncable right issue.
It means if you hold 1,000,000 existing warrant your holding will increased to 1,258,700 upon ex-date with the additional 258,700 warrant given free. No subscription is required to get this free additional warrant as it is provided for in the deed poll. |
