Look at all these pennies...Boldtek, Imperium Crown, Midas and now NauticAWT.....the authorities should take tough actions on these management teams to check if there are any wrong doings......and there were many mores...
Why the management team time the announcement when there is no concrete details to announce resultant in suspension? Doesnt make sense

NauticAWT&rsquo s non-exec chairman resigns amid fraud allegations
DR CHIRASAK Chiyachantana, the non-independent non-executive chairman of Catalist-listed NauticAWT : 42D 0%, resigned on Thursday (Nov 23) in light of a criminal complaint filed against him by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand.
Aside from the complaint, NauticAWT said there were no other material reasons for his resignation.
He is also in the process of stepping down from the boards of two of NauticAWT&rsquo s subsidiaries in Thailand &ndash World Industrial Estate and Chokdee Dimsum.
Dr Chirasak&rsquo s resignation from NauticAWT comes after the company issued a Nov 20 statement deeming him &ldquo suitable to continue&rdquo as its non-independent non-executive chairman &ndash a role which he has held since December 2019.
The Thai market regular filed its criminal complaint against Dr Chirasak on Nov 14 on account of fraud, obtaining unlawful gains from a transaction and causing damage to Thai real estate developer World Corporation.
Dr Chirasak also recently resigned as chairman of the executive committee and director of World Corporation as a result of the complaint.
At the time, NauticAWT said Dr Chirasak had not been formally investigated, arrested, charged or convicted in court. He &ldquo vehemently denied&rdquo the allegations, and has appointed legal counsel to defend him from the allegations.
As at Nov 23, Dr Chirasak holds 400 million ordinary shares in NauticAWT, or about a 50.4 per cent stake in the total issued share capital of the company.

NauticAWT to keep non-exec chairman accused of fraud by Thai market regulator in current role
CATALIST-LISTED NauticAWT&rsquo s non-independent non-executive chairman &ndash who has been accused of fraud by the Thai market regulator &ndash will be kept in his current role.
NauticAWT&rsquo s board had agreed with its nominating committee&rsquo s recommendation, which had deemed the chairman, Dr Chirasak Chiyachantana, &ldquo suitable to continue&rdquo in his role, pending the outcome of any investigations, the company said on Monday (Nov 20).
This comes after the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand on Nov 14 filed a criminal complaint against Dr Chirasak on account of fraud, obtaining unlawful gains from a transaction, and causing damage to Thai real estate developer World Corporation.
As a result of the complaint, Dr Chirasak has resigned as chairman of the executive committee and director of World Corporation.
Filing a criminal complaint is the commencement of the criminal procedure, said NauticAWT.
The company noted that while waiting for further developments, Dr Chirasak had not been formally investigated, arrested, charged or convicted in court.
He also &ldquo vehemently denied&rdquo the allegations, and has appointed legal counsel to defend him from the allegations.
Meanwhile, NauticAWT said that the complaint is unrelated to the company and hence will not affect its business and operations.
The company added that it will continue to monitor further developments from the complaint and re-assess its position where appropriate in the event there is any material development.
Shares of NauticAWT closed flat at S$0.009 on Nov 15, before the company called for a trading halt. On Monday, it requested the lifting of the halt.

My guess today is closing at 10/11
Should have some support at 1 cent these few days.
Next few days will drop to 10/11 or even 9/10. BBs bought at 10 in the morning. Retail investors bought at 11/12 so in my opinion I do not think it will rise these few days. Maybe next week.

As announced via SGXNET on 31 March 2022 and 11 July 2022, the Company had entered into a sale and purchase agreement (the &ldquo Original SPA&rdquo ) with Mr Kritsada Tunpow (the &ldquo Purchaser&rdquo ) in relation to the proposed disposal of Chokdee Dimsum Corporation Company Limited (&ldquo Chokdee&rdquo ). On 29 June 2022, the Company and the Purchaser entered into a Contract Extension Agreement to extend the long stop date from 30 June 2022 to 31 August 2022. On 30 August 2022, the Company and the Purchaser entered into a Second Extension Agreement to extend the long stop date to 30 September 2022 as the Purchaser has communicated that it requires more time to fulfil the condition precedents for completion of the proposed disposal. All other terms and conditions of the Original SPA remain unchanged.

They have trapped another 1-2 million shares at 1 cent I think. We shall see if it goes to 8/9 next week. I will try my luck at 0.2 cent if it really goes there.
Every week down 0.1 cent. No one will buy also. You buy they will know. Then the push the price lower. They manipulate the price.
