FSL Trust will ride the rising tide high and high, considering RCEP as a big impact on shipping lines, ports, logistics. CPTPP is the next key pact to drive up the charter and freight rate.

If i am not wrong, FY2019's US$7.4M interest expense will be saved in FY2021 assuming no more bank debt starting from 2H 2021. This interest expense saving is worth US 0.4 cents per unit. (7.4M/1768M unit). Operation from 14 vessels will directly contribute to higher DPU assuming no capital expenditure and interest expense in FY2021. FSL Trust will also benefit from RCEP (free trade Asia pact) signed by 15 countries in term of possibly charter rate up and freight rate up. CRTPP is on the way now.

Us 1 cent also fantastic lor

Overall, expecting annual DPU US 1 cent from FY2021 from 14 vessels operation based on my estimates refered in other FSL thread, meaning dividend yield of 18% given the current price of 7.4 cents.

Now cash balance available: US$22M plus 4th Q 2020 free cash flow (after 3rd Q US 1.5 cents per unit distribution - US$26M)

Yes, it is cos two ships were sold, recording gain on disposal. This reduced NAV to 9 cents for 3rd Q.

Currently with remaining 12 ships and other 2 new ships under construction, FSL trust continue operating. Not really intending to close down.

Zero net bank debt
Free cash flow (from operation)  is still good relative to number of total issued shares.

FSL intend to sell ships when the charter and other agreement expire by 2023.

It is just high yield stock, not likely growth stock.

Personally, I got 6 cents dividend in total than I invested at 5.5 cents. Plus current market price of 8 cents will be extra return to me.
