yes . he was alloted 13.5 mil consideration shares at 0.525 a share.

Think positive.
If Goh dont sell, people complain not enough market float for retailers thus price will be stagnant.
Now he sold, mean more volatility which fulfilled the wish of someone.
So what do we retailers really want from MCP management?
