I do believe listing of Garden Fresh wl be their ultimate goal to bail them out .

That's why they seek approval for relisting

The thing is SinoG has a viable product, the Loquat Juice. Their factories are still running. Tried their Loquat Juice before and it tasted awesome! For the Chinese, loquat or pipa has special meaning.  Any reason why they cant succeed?

No point harping the past which is a known fact.

Getting the approval to relist speaks for itself knowingly they can jus say goodbye and Scot free .

1) They hv to come clean else can forget
abt relisting
2) Subject to public scrutiny once relist

So I looked fwd what they hv in store coz I'm a stuckist too. LOL

I got off right before suspend. Dodgy company indeed. Every result show good revenue but somehow the profit will goes into endless hole of expansion capital.
Some company expand for few years don't even spend as much as what they did for a quarter. To be it's just dodgy manipulating of books.

Maybely SinoG found an external party to take up some stake. Garden Fresh IPO is always the lure.

With the change to Spore Auditor, hopefully the resumption will materialize.

Sino Grandness submits trading resumption proposal
Sino Grandness FGood Industry, a China-based juice seller, has submitted a proposal to resume trading on the Singapore Exchange S68 0.00% .

The company has called for a trading suspension back in Dec 2020, following a disclaimer of opinion by its then auditor Foo Kon Tan.

Back then, the company had defaulted on its debt including to Thailand-listed Thoresen Tghai Agencies.
