Confirmed retracement ended near the 0.5 fibo (0.705) and consolidation completed if share price doesn' t drop back to the channel.
Let' s see if Wee Hur can move towards 78 cents by Friday.

i closed out my weehur position and moved money to HLA. Was a prudent move. HLA has some serious momentum and just zoomed. 
The issue with Wee hur is that the Tuas dorm extension is delayed and also no one knows how long will they get the extension for. 
Based on my assessment : IF they get 10 years extension the price will rise to close to 1+ (bull case), if they get 5 year extension then the price can inceease to .85-9 range (best case) and if they get 3 yr extrnsion then price remains as is or fallsto .65 range (bear case). 
Because this is on JTC land there is much uncertainty whether most likely Wee hur gets only a 3 yr extension based on recent govt. moves. They dont tend to like to do long term leases right now. 
So currently the share is in accumation mode, but any move either direction will be very fast and furious. So pl. make your play accordingly.

there is no indication yet. we know that the current lease expires nov 2026, and the extnsion was to be announced the end of 2025, that why the stock had a run up to mid 90s then it started to slide down. Now was it because of the delay or someone knows something else we can only speculate. I personally still beleive that the extension should happen and the delay in announcement is probably jusr procedural in nature. The facility already meets the new worker dorm stad. that are supposed to come into effect by 2030, but till the fat lady sings do not count your blessings as gos the saying.

because its 16500 bed worker dorm lease expires Nov 2026. The market is discounting its renewal. the moment the news is out that its renewed till 2030 and beyond see the price climb to .90+ easily. It did actually climb around there some months back because it was expected the news wil lbe out, but its got delayed, and hence some people have been selling since then.

Wee Hur broke out from the descending channel with good volume today, but couldn' t clear the trendline resistance.
Let' s see if it stay above the channel and clear the trendline before going XD on 7 May
