129 has been tested multiple times - eyes on a breakout past resistance and the descending trendline.

Potential breakout from trendline resistance next week.
Uptrend intact, but the trendline resistance must be cleared before R2 comes into play.
" By injecting S$2 billion into OGH, Olam would save US$140 million in interest costs." That implies on the debt Olam is proposing to pay off OGH is paying 9% interest.
I have always had my doubts whether Olam had an efficient debt structure. Paying 9% interest either in S$ or US$ would confirm my doubts given how well capitalised Olam is.
That said, if Olam is indeed paying 9% interest on S$ or US$ debt, paying it down is a good idea and I would happily wait a bit on the dividend front to see this happen.

CEO Sunny repeated in FY result breifing and in recent AGM , the total proceeds of about USD550m will be distributed as special dividends to shareholders as soon as the deals are closed . This new Chairman seemed to say the otherwise ???
Olam Group has stated that proceeds from the Mindsprint sale will be progressively distributed to shareholders via special dividends, but only after considering operational and financing needs.
Does this mean debt reduction remains a priority, and dividends will be paid if cash flow and leverage allow?
Management should be more explicit in stating the amount set aside for special dividend HY2026 instead of giving a general statement.
