Here in the disclosure, it says - shareholders should be concerned with any differences of views with regard to working with controlling shareholders..

then it says, management are the key value drivers of the company.

Then why do we had a Lead Independent Director, a Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee and a Chairman of Nominating Commitee..?

Minority shareholders should be very concerned in this instant...unless there is more clarity on the differences which were noted as having material impact on the group or its financial reporting.

We do not know what are the differences in opinions with controlling shareholders, since they are not disclosed.    We can assume, and the Co can imply with the boiler plate disclosure of ongoing review of strategic review.  This inuendo only adds to the confustion.

The resigned Lead Indepedent Director also hold and held directorships in well known public institutions and public companies.  He had been with the company for 7 years.

Seems like the differences between the resigned director had something to do with the strategy review. Maybe Temasek want to sell, management don't want to sell. Anyway the nature of the business, the basic fundamentals had not changed. The company still doing well with all the outstanding projects. Waiting for a good price point to enter again.

Why? When the war will end, months later, prices will start to come down.  Inflation will be much more relieved. Fears of higher interest rates should then be minimized and businesses can start to return to normalcy again.

Like it or not, AI is the only way to go forward.  It' s just like 20 years ago when the Internet was just prevailing at that time.  Such technology advancements and enhancements to our daily lives just cannot be ignored nor prevented.

Until there is disclosure on what the differences in opinion between the Lead ID who was also Chairman of Risk and Audit and Remuneration Committees and the controlling shareholders, the share price of the company will be weak.

Long bearish candle on heavy volume - next week price action looks grim.

Best to stay sidelined, rushing into buys now is risky. What feels cheap today may look even cheaper next week.

Wont be that low as long term MAs (100 to 200 EMA) are still sloping up.
Now share price just touched the 60 EMA, but closed below the neckline of the double top pattern - does not bode well next week unless there is positive news flow.
