CEDAR STRATEGIC HOLDINGS has posted 1QFY2016 revenue of Rmb 24.5 million, contributed by the Group&rsquo s maiden asset, Daya Bay, post restructuring. It acquired the holiday resort located near Shenzhen and Hong Kong in 4QFY2015. 

Operating cash flow turned positive at Rmb 10.0 million (1QFY2015: negative Rmb 22,000) while cash reserves significantly improved to Rmb 40.0 million (1QFY2015: Rmb 946,000).

as per the AGM....can expect a rights issue v soon.
what would a company do to ensure full take up or oversubscription? 

they mentioned that they have a cornerstone investor to take up the rights.......thats great news!

my opinion, this is a long term hold. 

I am betting that it will raise to 0.010 by the end of this year.
