oh.. surprisingly the price did not shoot up. i tihnk cos the offer is CONDITIONAL i think, that why did not shoot up.
Has to gather more than 51% in order for the offer to be unconditional. If cannot get 51% or more, then offer will lapse.
maybe this is the reason why price never chiong..
Why don' t some ah kongs come forward to buy over all the coys that are languishing so pathetically below valuation listed in this country n close the equity market for good? Then those vested can probably get a better value for their shares and go for a long holiday to de-stress.

Sorry how is warrant related ? I am lost here..can any expert pl advise what this offer mean? I rem reading somewhere the no of shares floating is very little.most of the shares are owned by the bosses of company..

or maybe they have already consolidated over the past few months. regretted selling at 0.18++ 2 quarters ago after learning they giving low dvd. sigh.
looks like will trade 23.5 cents a few thousand lots queuing to buy vs 24 cents a few hundred lots queuing to sell tomorrow for the next few days liao

this one the pattern is very easy one..
pump and dump... lowest 17-18 cents.. highest 22-24 cents...
Every 1 or 2 mths, sometimes from 18 to 22 cents, sometimes from 21 to 24 cents. Everytime pump followed by dump. In between small rise and drop. Then slowly will drift down to below 20 cents. Sometimes it may stay at below 20 cents for a few mths with very very low volume.
So abit risky if u buy now at 20 cents for example and the BBs decide to take a long break, maybe they go overseas " eat wind" , then the volume will become almost non existence and the price will be stuck at around 18 to 19 cents for 3 to 4 mths.
best entry price and exit price (for 90% chance of earning) is enter below 19 cents and exit above 22 cents.

I am out already... was tempted to jeep again at 205... but held back.... sigh..
