That's correct else this stock is a very quiet stock unless there's a story similar to Iskandar or Myanmar ones. My view.
It's because of the cancellation of new placement shares...

this counter can play.. suddenly off guard can drop to 190 and when realise wake up than push up... in 1 day can move a lot up and a lot down...
Vested at $0.191
