ossia up 23% whats going ?
Done Deal. At the close of offer on 13 Nov 5pm, level of acceptance = 97.79% (minimum required 90% to delist).
Ossia Int'l is expected to receive cash = $31.2m. Potential special distribution to shareholders.

Pertama Holdings Ltd (PH) Exit Offer at 65c close on 19 Nov 2013
Harvey Norman Ossia (HNO) holds 120m shares (49.4%) in PH
Ossia holds 40% of HNO x120m = 48m shares x 65c = $31.2m (offer)
Cost of investment in associate HNO (40% x HNO) = $13.2m, expected profit =$18m
Post-exit offer NAV of Ossia = 25c
N.B. Australian parent Harvey Norman offer to privatise Pertama Holdings Ltd.
Ossia looks bottomed..i guess..it is..time to start bottom fishing.....
Ossia is going down to the near term support . If this support fails , it would go down further to 200MA at 19 cents . Hope it would not go down to the unfilled gap at 14.2 cents

anyone know what is happening to Ossia today? dropped so much...
On 6 Oct 2013 , chart showed that it would to go down to 28 cents if breaking 44 cents . But due to market sentiments , it fell sharply to 25.5 cents on 7 Oct 2013 . Breaking the 55MA , the trend is weakening . It had a technical rebound recently , but only touching the 55MA at 35 cents n came down immediately to close at 31 cents . Now 55MA is a major resistance .
