I supposed that Chin Bay Ching only have 51% cannot complusory buy our shares at this price lah...if he don' t want to raise the offer price than leave it lah, only he lost money on printing doc of offer letter .
I don't want to sell. I'm stuck at 0.029. Lose money, director only offer 0.0165.

this stock in my watchlist for about 2 months...
only can buy when ppl push.... but 1 or 2 days... ppl will start to sell down...
should take profit.. then wait the run again..

Rich people are smart people. They buy big into Adventus because they have big plans for the company. So that is also an additional reason to predict Adventus going to 4 cents. Just added some on Tuesday. Hope to huat some for 2014, sooner or later. Wahahaha!!!

I think BB will try to ensure the offeror will not have any chance to get the 90% of the shares, jus to avoid the offeror twist for changes or SGX may suspend unless more than 10% share are held by public
Now I see your point of the high expectation.
If that's the offeror still wants it to be listed, then price really depends on BB.
In this case, the question is what has the offeror has in mind or he see/knew something that we dun?
Nevertheless, it a good news as lesser float for BB to collect and chances for it to break higher will be there,
Some profit taking seen today, though closed at day low but still above average movement price. Potential upside is there,
question is when.....hope we can find a answer tomorrow huat ah

Why not 4 cents although the 52 weeks high was 3.6 cents?
The answer lies on the bullishness of penny stocks of the SGX.
Another factor will be the take-over bid will fail because if we read the text of the announcement of November 2013, that there would not be intention to revise the offer, and that the offeror has stated even if he has got 90% of the issued shares, he would still want the shares to be traded and the company continues to be listed. Only it will be left to the discretion of SGX should the bidder obtained more than 90%. So far there is no update on the matter, and I wonder how it is going on.
If no delisting due to takeover, then when left to play, the shares will simulate with the rest of the penny market. Thus it is not incorrect to hold on the shares of Adventus and let the BBs play up, and who knows can go 3 and then 4 cents. Cheers!!
