In fact, if Sun Bowen indeed has good connections in Linyi/Feixian, I am sure he will be able to bring good businesses to Wonder Stone Park. This is how businesses are conducted China. Therefore, he is willing to give profit guarantee for the sale of his remaining GEM shares to Imperium. Let' s see :-)
