Guess I was right? they only give 12.7% over NAV in the end. This is SG market they don?t care what the IPO price was years ago and you can forget about 40% premium

Maybe will finalized take over price before CNY. Shareholders can use the holidays to eat peanuts and ponder over the takeover price.

We will not know what the offerer has in mind. Maybe a 30% - 40% premium from current price is possible. Let us sit tight and wait for the latest updates.
