How will we receive dividends (if any)? Will it be deposited to our Singapore bank accounts as before?
As mentioned - the best thing is to be delisted in SGX and list in HKSE.
Still everyday green green, today up 7 HK cts...i.e.2%, close at HK 1.66.
This counter everyday green in HKEx but at very low volume.Good to hold for good news.
I did not call CDP on GENHK, but this is the usual process as I understand. You should call CDP and check if they have sent out the GENHK scrip back to your address.

Can you please share your findings here after calling CDP? I too didnt do anything during the delisting process (I was really busy with other life issues then). Now I need to know what to do with my GentingHK shares. My normal broker is DBS Vickers but I also have an account with POEMS.

I have a good feeling you might be right - the mighty cruise vessels of GENHK will be a great complement to the firepower and IR and restrictions experience of GENS. They may have to rope in a theme park Partner like Fox or Legoland instead of Universal Studios which is already in Osaka.

Hope that GHK will get involve with Japan casino licence, Osaka will be ideal for a cruise port of call from China, Taiwan & the Philipines.
Also GSP or Melco might want to joint force with GHK inorder to enforce their chance of getting a license.

Best to call CDP to check first. I think it may be $50-$100 and there is a monthly custody fee. I transferred mine to UOBKH.

You may need to call CDP to see if they are going to mail you back your physical scrip soon. Then you may need to go custodise this physical scrip with a local broker with a HKSE depository account. You will have to pay charges of course.

3 month ago, I went to CIMB securities, one of the destinated broker to tranfer my shares.Initialy, I though 100% free, but my broker told me there is a fee about I think $20 SGD.
anyone know the charges incurr for register of physical share cert and transfer to hkse if not yet done so?

Stop trading on SGX and switch to HKSE is the best thing to happen for any listco.
Come dividend, genting hk , very much undervalue shares, consider they have fleet of ships and casino in the billions , Now coming on stream and started collection of ticketing sales.

Already done so, now waiting for it to stop trading in sgx.Today again same pattern, whole day red & end in the green.
