Any tiny buying up will make longist very excited and hope for a big rise coming soon. That' s understandable. 

Watchlist exit is the only hope for them, but that is most likely a trap for buyers. Be careful.

Honestly, anything below 0.042 could be easily engulfed by an institutional investor once Oceanus exits SGX watchlist.  Why?  Because most institutional investors would swoon at a chance of buying below the latest purchase price of the CEO and biggest shareholder! 

It is a sure way of ensuring that the interests of the two most influential people over the business operations of Oceanus are aligned with theirs as a new investor, and working for these new investors to be profitable  before  themselves (with their recent insider purchase)!

All the penny stocks start to run and u only see retailers buying this. Trying it' s best to break 0.035. Another round of trapping retailers...
