PT has bought the company for that sake of cash of upto 200mill includig the court proceedings. Why will he leave that. He needs that to counter the jackup speculations
No. Offer already closed and now falcon control around 86% of CHO. The company will continue to be listed but trading range and volume are expected to be low. Good or bad hard to say, CHO may win the ongoing law suit in UK and that will add 8 cents per share value to CHO shares. This either will be paid out all/a portion/none as SD is entirely up to falcon. I sold liao so less keen to keep tap but I think the court trial is on 25.4.15. Good luck to all who are still vested in this good company!

They may extend the offer, as some people did not receive the acceptance form.

Bro! offer close 26.2.15 right?? Quickly check with your broker or the company (CHO' s) share registry company. Should be easy to check.
