I feel current market has priced them at their true values, to tell the deal makers to wake up their idea. Loss making companies with aggressive overseas expansion plans means very high risks, even if they try to sell you the idea that healthcare is a high demand and defensive sector. Look at Pacific healthcare...
Fundamentals of the company sounds good but we will never know what will happen during this unstable period. Is the acquisition still on or is it off? Will there be a new agreement with IHC regarding the acquisition ? I will buy when the everything is stable. As of now everything just looks so shaky. I believe that there will be more stormy days ahead before the calm after the storm. I'm so sorry for the shareholders that bought in just before the halt at 0.039. Even before the halt, the price of HMC dropped from 0.056 to 0.039. I guess the BBs knew something fishy about the acquisition even before small time players like us knew. I will stay clear from this counter for quite awhile. When it stabilizes I will buy in

I think fundamentals not bad. If nothing happens, I think monday shd rise to 38 cents at least.
Is the fundamentals of the company bad?

Something is very fishy about HMC, I think that the management should explain the details of the acquisition to their shareholders. I sold off all my shares at 0.034 on Friday.
At hm and ih current prices, every hm share incur instant loss of $0.012 if convert to one ih share
Yes, they better dont tell it at a lost, if not i think all got to stand up and say no at the GM. Acquisition should be a high positive sign to the beneficial company and not at a lost, if they go through mean need to investigate HMC management.... maybe they got something they never tell....
Think everyone thinks HMC will call the deal off.   Make no sense to sell at a lost.

Thanks. I do not seem to be able to get the statement from Edge weekly. possible to paste the statement from Edge here

At this rate im hoping that the acquistion does not go through at all. Lesigh.
VERY POWER
Where can I read this ? Appreciate if you can provide the source. Also are there safeguards if shareholders of HMC do not want IHC to acquire HMC?

It was reported somewhere last week where analysts said the deal has a high chance of not going through due to too many booby-traps on the Terms & Conditions to effectively kill this acquisition. Go read up.
Unless all the management cum ssh sold out all their stakes .
